Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to all links, titles, destination pages, traffic sources, and API-created links on Paylynk. Violations can result in link removal, withheld earnings, account suspension, or permanent ban.
1. Prohibited content
Do not use Paylynk to distribute or monetize:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or harassment
- Malware, ransomware, phishing, tech support scams, or credential theft
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods/services where prohibited
- Terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for violent crime
- Stolen accounts, cracks, keygens, or pirated software/media as a primary offer
- Content that violates Discord, AdSterra, or other partner platform rules
2. Restricted / high-risk content
Adult sexual content, gambling, and certain financial promotions may be restricted or banned depending on ad network policies and local law. If you are unsure, do not publish. We may require age gates or refuse monetization for restricted categories.
3. Deceptive practices
- Misleading titles that do not match the destination
- Fake "virus detected" or system alerts
- Forced downloads, drive-by installs, or auto-redirect loops
- Cloaking different content to ads bots vs real users
- Impersonating brands, creators, or Paylynk staff
4. Traffic quality
The following traffic is not allowed:
- Bots, headless browsers, or automated unlock scripts
- Click farms, incentivized junk traffic, or purchased fake views
- Self-clicking your own ads to inflate earnings
- Proxy/VPN farms used primarily to game geo payouts
We use rate limits and challenge tokens to reduce abuse. Circumventing them is a violation.
5. Intellectual property
Only link to content you own or have rights to share. We respond to valid copyright complaints and may remove links or accounts.
6. Short codes and titles
Custom codes and titles must not contain extreme profanity, hate slurs, or terms we block for safety. We may free up abusive short codes.
7. Enforcement
We may act without prior notice when needed to protect users, partners, or the Service. Serious or repeated violations forfeit unpaid earnings related to the abuse.
8. Reporting
Report illegal or abusive links to the Paylynk operator. Include the full /link/… URL and a short description.
9. Relationship to other policies
This Content Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Ad network and Discord rules also apply when you use those services.
