Terms of Service

Welcome to Paylynk ("Paylynk," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of paylynk-ecru.vercel.app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, creating links, or visiting unlock pages, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Paylynk provides tools for creators to share short links that may show advertisements before visitors reach a destination URL. Monetization depends on third-party ad networks (such as AdSterra). We do not guarantee any particular revenue, CPM, or fill rate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure. Provide accurate profile and payout information (including PayPal email when requesting payouts).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.)
  • Upload or link to malware, phishing, scams, or stolen credentials
  • Promote illegal goods/services, CSAM, terrorism, or violent crime
  • Abuse ads (bots, click fraud, forced clicks, self-traffic farms)
  • Attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service
  • Circumvent rate limits, bot checks, or monetization flows
  • Use deceptive unlock pages that mislead visitors about the destination

5. Links and content

You are solely responsible for destination URLs, titles, and any content behind your links. We may remove links, suspend accounts, or withhold earnings if we believe content or traffic violates these Terms, our Content Policy, ad network rules, or law.

6. Earnings and payouts

Displayed earnings may include estimates until ad networks report final numbers. We may adjust, reverse, or claw back amounts for invalid traffic, fraud, chargebacks, or network rejections. Payouts require meeting the minimum threshold, completing verification we request, and (for first-time payouts) manual approval. Payouts are intended on a monthly schedule; timing may vary. We are not a bank or money transmitter beyond facilitating creator payouts from ad revenue shares.

7. API

If you use an API key, keep it secret. You are responsible for all requests made with your key. We may rate-limit, revoke keys, or change API endpoints with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by Paylynk or its licensors. You retain rights to content you provide, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

9. Third-party services

Discord login, AdSterra (or other ad partners), PayPal, hosting, and analytics providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account bans on those platforms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR ANY LEVEL OF EARNINGS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYLYNK AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS WE OWE YOU IN CONFIRMED AVAILABLE EARNINGS AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Paylynk and its operators from claims arising out of your content, links, traffic, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, legal risk, or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive (including liability limits and indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
